Ruth's perspective on fitness and her kindness makes it a safe space and FUN!! From not feeling motivated to regretting missing my workout has been a drastic change for me. Thank you Ruth for helping me see the benefits of keeping active mentally and physically.
Personal training gives you motivation to continue training. Some weeks it is hard to stay motivated. Ruth has really kept me moving encouraging hard work, to raise my limits and keep challenging me. All doing so well making me feel safe and comfortable well training.
